Coaching is great for those who have done some healing work, are not in crisis, and who do not need mental health/trauma support, or are working with a counselor in addition to coaching. Coaching Sessions
Shontae joins forces with clients to address their spiritual, professional, metaphysical, and magical needs. In sessions Shontae helps clients find their purpose, find authenticity, and find the depth of self. Sessions can be based on whatever the clients needs are in the moment. Coaching is suitable for clients with no significant mental health concerns, or for clients who are also seeing a therapist in tandem. Coaching is available to clients around the world.
Goddess Coaching
Goddess coaching sessions focus on helping clients explore their sensuality, sexuality, and the sacral chakra. Focus is on healing feminine wounds through intense spiritual work, somatic movement, and working with goddesses. You will be guided through education, given resources, and assisted as you learn how to open yourself up to your feminine power. Education, energy work, guided meditation, hypnosis, trance, and divination activities are used as needed to help you heal your sacral chakra wounds and rules that suppress authentic expression. Sessions cultivate confidence, empowerment, and freedom of expression. Dark moon Lilith sign exploration. 1-2 sessions will be conducted out of the office environment (whether in-person or virtually) to help you work on different assignments and develop different skills.

Metaphysical Entrepreneurship
Metaphysical entrepreneurship is a 8 week experience with one goal in mind: helping you overhaul mind, body and soul to manifest the business successes of your dreams. Work focuses on mind, body, and soul reset and growth. You will work with Shontae on your mindset and mastering your mind through cognitive behavioral techniques, trance work, and re-programming your mind to align with your goals. You will work to connect with the body through somatic movement, exercises, and techniques. Deep self-care practice will encourage body-mind connection. Energetic and emotional responses in the body will be an area of study with the intention of developing manifesting and intuition mastery. Finally, into the unknown of the soul you will find your calling, purpose, and clarity. Using the mysteries of metaphysics, magic, and manifestation this 8 week experience will leave you mastering abundance, success, and crushing goals.
